There are a number of ways to go about this.
My suggestion would be to SAVEKEY the registry string from a DHCP-enabled computer and then LOADKEY and WRITEVALUE to the other computers. More than likely the value is 0=off 1=on. This is a very general fix, but if you dig further into the registry editing functions of Kixtart you will find the answer you are looking for.
