As I uderstand should the msnet32.dll file be of the version 4.00.951 to be able to run kix scripts on Windows 95 machines.
Am I right? If so, who can help me and send me this on my internet address?

I have had the same problem, sometime ago. I have listed the possible solutions that might work for you.
1. Refer to Microsoft Ref Q161051, Q150589, Q150829
2. Install Microsoft Hotfix MSNETUPD.EXE which I have a copy
3. Install KXRPC service on all NT Servers that are a part of the Directory Sync.I will send you the Hotfix, see below for the version. File: MSNET32.DLL
File Last Modified Date: 10/25/96
File Size: 61,440 bytes
File Version Information: 4.00.953

I haven't tried it yet (MSNETUPD) but I will come back to you to inform you wether it works or not.

Unfortunately, it didn't work.
I installed it on two different W95 clients the kix-script doesn't execute. When I try to start the script manually I get the message that the dll files could not be found kindly requestet to add them to %path% which I already done.... Desperately waiting for suggestions.------------------

I have sent you a copy of the hotfix to Dlanssens and Tan Bandradi
By the way you will not find this patch on Microsoft web page, because it is a patch that you have to pay for if you want it from Microsoft. But since I got ripped off, I happy to distribute.
There are other issues with Novell Client as well.
For more details and help refer to the Kixtart Manual v3.6 on page 12. If you want a copy let me know.------------------

I have tried to incorporate all the issues that I have found. Many of these tips are found in the manual.
Things to watch out for.
1. Variables longer than 14 characters will be truncated in the kixtart script
2. Watch out for long files names for batch files. Remember DOS sees 8.3 characters.
3. Use the SET command in the batch file. This forces the kixtart program to be executed on specific NT Servers that have the KIXRPC service installed.
SET KXRPC=\\Server_name1, \\Server_name2
4. Create an KIXTART.INI file and place it in the C:\Windows and NETLOGON directories
[KXRPCMapping]
;MyDomain=\\MyServer1,\\MyServer2
\\YourDomain=\\KXRPC_NTServer
Default=\\KXRPC_NTServer Default= is used for all unknown Workgroups or Domains to a specific KXRPC server
5. No spaces in the User Manager account details profile.
6. Copy KIX??.DLL to the C:\Windows directory and also include KIX32.EXE. Will speed up login script performance and corrects timeout issues.
7. If you had previously installed Novell Client on the workstation, do the following:
Change the Primary Network Load Order to Microsoft Client in Control Panel\Network
Modify the following in Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSNP32\Network Provider CallOrder[00 00 00 40] to [00 00 00 20]
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NOVELLNP\Network Provider CallOrder[00 00 00 20] to [00 00 00 40]
8. Use WINSET instead of SET
9. Install the KXRPC service on all NT Servers that are connected to the Domain
10.Make sure that you are using the correct version of DLL's, KIX32.EXE and KXRPC.EXE
11.NETLOGON directories are not setup as shares
12.DirSync is not working properly, so the script and batch files are not replicating correctly. ------------------
