Hi all - newbie here

I am looking at adding loads of users to a Windows 2003 server (local accounts) from a spreadsheet we have. The following are the attributes I need to import

Username
Password
Description
Full Name
User cannot change password
Password never expires
Member of USERS group only
Dial-in - Allow Access

Any help would be great
