well, you also can send the lnk to notepad.
you will see something like: rasphone.pbk
with path in it.
once found use it as:
shell "C:\Documents and Settings\lonkero\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk\rasphone.pbk"
should work, not 100% sure though.
