NSUPDATE is a standard tool for use with DDNS. If it is not installed by default, search the web for one.
You can pinch the "nsupdate" supplied with the BIND version of DNS, it should still work with W2K as they will both use the same dynamic update protocol.
For dumping the database you can use the "nslookup" utility - the "ls" command will dump most of the records if you have permissions.
The best method however is to ask for a zone transfer. Not sure what Windows tools support this, but there is a resource kit DNS admin tool mentioned elsewhere on the board.
