Yes, this is docuemnted in both the KiXtart Manual and the FAQ Fourm. If only one DC/server/workstation is running this service then Kixtart must be instructed specifically to use that particular computers. It si therefore advisable to install the KXRPC service on all DCs as this will also ensure proper load-balancing.
