But the following syntax for the same command doesn’t work when I access the workstation with a user account not in the administrators group with passing the administrator user account & passowrd to the functio Parameters:
>INSTSRV SU “E:\SUSS.EXE -INSTALL –A administrator –P Adminpassword “

I am getting the following error massage “you are not authorized to do this –
please contact your system administrator”

I know what you are trying to do you want to use SU.EXE to get around NT security for a logon prompt? But in order to install the service suss.exe you need to be an administrator, to be an administrator at logon you need SU.exe...... and around and around it goes.

But I still have a little problem with this command which is how can I copy the Suss.exe to these workstation where the user doesn’t access the main domain (if he does,I can place script to copy these file to him)?

In the INI file work with Rservice.exe (Nt Resource kit) you can place files needed for installing the service and the command will copy them from your source workstation to the target before installation but unfortunately this command doesn’t work with Local system account feature.

I am looking for any idea or help.
