My brain hurts now.......... I have now found out that the delay before the menu pop-up when I r-click the file also gives me that same message in my Event Log. I can r-click any other file in any directory on any computer and it works fine. KiX32.exe is the only file that causes this problem to happen. Immediately I suspected our AV software but after disabling it I still have the same problem... its a shame really I had great things in mind for the users here.
