Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	Win2K Server /Win2K Pro Is there a way for kix to reconize computers that are in a group. I have put a test computer in a group and the following line doesn't work, but it will if the user is in the group IF INGROUP("TestComputers") DISPLAY "Yep that Works" ENDIF Thanks John

InGroup does not have optional parameters and so only passes the @UserID silently. _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. We already requested this and even provided a prototype function including backward compatibility. You seem to have been the first to have written most of the code that deals with this so I think it would be fitting if you were to be the one to write this information up. One request though is that it use LDAP not WINNT so that Universal groups are supported as well. Thanks Howard
