so what you want is a server side script that as soon as any OS plugs into your LAN (if you know what that is) it will automatically mount it's local drive on to the server.
With no central authentication model, no domain model, and no knowledgeable 'admin' person to do the work, you are asking for magic.
With the attitude you are showing, you aren't likely to get any help...
beyond the fact that what you want to do makes no sense. for the simple fact that in a network environment, eventually the server will run out of drive letters to mount the client drives to.
My suggestion is for you to start reading books on networking... and manners
