First of all, get rid of the DLLs on the local computers. Secondly, is the KXRPC.EXE in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 and is the service actually running?

Then put the KIX32.EXE, KX*.DLLs and WKIX32.EXE into the NETLOGON folders and check whether you have replication enabled.

Then create a simple batch file calling the KIX32.EXE and the KiXtart script.

Check whether KiXtart is actually running.
