Have had the same problem.. try NOT logging into windows (I'm assuming it's win95/98 because NT would run the script using RAS) before dialing in. You'll get a login-prompt right after you've dialed in, and me thinks you'll get your script after that. Make sure you wait long enough though - it takes time if you run KIX remotely. We have Kix copied locally on every client to save time...
