Hi, I have the same problem. How ever, KixTart does make a default printer and in MS Office you can use the default printer. Some apps who can only print to a default printer can see the default printer. When you mark the printer to be a default printer, then the apps can print.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between adding a default printer whit Kix or by hand?
