The search index still isn't working, nor the total number of users. I don't dare rebuilding the files as I'm off untill sunday, next week I'll try to rebuild all files, AFTER i make a backup.... ![[Smile]](images/icons/smile.gif)

Thanks for spending your time.
Thanks for getting this board back online.
Henri, you are very reachable. We know you are reading your mail
very frequently. To prevent needlessly feedback everbody had to
take a distance on it. The way Henri is monitoring the server in
an excellent way.
Henri reaction was fast enough, but Infopop needs possible too
much time to solve it.
Henri did a great job again.

We will comment also on your reaction.
- Henri gets also mail from me. Within about five minutes he returns a
reaction. Of course we must deal with CET.
We made a phone call to get the highest possible response, to prevent a
situation he doesn't read his mail that day and because Dutch isn't a
problem for us.
Already we know that his monitoring system doesn't recognize this pro-
blem. - Of course we doesn't know what you are receiving from him by mail, but
all the time we are sending a mail to him we receive a fast and clear
from him.
Your possible "dutch blaa-blaa" has to deal with a company footnote. Of
course most of them will use the Dutch language for it.
In a period of nearly five years it is the second time this "kixtart.org"
isn't available for a period. For us it isn't a big problem. Henri's
response is from excellent quality. Infopop needs possible too much time,
but what is too much time when nobody knows what was exactly going
wrong during latest update. Most important part is "no data was missing".
Sorry Lonkero, for us is Henri's response fast enough. We have only a
bigger problem, when Henri had make these changes just before leaving
his office for a very long vacation.
His information about an upload of 30 GB per month shows indeed how
important this board becomes within the KiXtart community. Also it
explains why response becomes a little slow during the 15:00-17:59 CET
period.
