I think Richard needs to look at this one!

Believe it or not, what fixes it is changing the
LOGON name to something else and then it works just fine.
FAILS
KIXCRYPT.EXE %1.KIX \\QNEWSFILE\LOGON\KIX32.EXE %%s
WORKS
KIXCRYPT.EXE %1.KIX \\QNEWSFILE\LOGN\KIX32.EXE %%s

I had created a share on our local resource domain so I did not have to keep waiting for replication from NETLOGON.

Can someone check with Richard to see what is special about "LOGON"
