Complete scenario:

Laptop, not connected to the domain via enthernet or dialup.

User logs onto the laptop (which has previously been logged onto in normal interative mode) using UserName, domain password, Domain.

Laptop (local NT) authenticates the user based on locally cached account information. No script executes.

Connect to the network using dialup networking/VPN. Network connectivity and ADMIN rights proven to exist.

Run a script that uses these macros, they report as described.
