I have tried the latest version of Kix32 and this has not improved things at all. Our users login to Novell and our NT Domain. Can anyone suggest how to remedy the situation - its going to be a disaster if I cannot get this sorted soon!

NB Does the If @INWIN = 2 statement work for W98 clients? I have not got far yet...but it will be quite important soon!

Killing Winoldap produces an error of "KIX32 - Windows cannot shut down this program automatically. It is recommended that you exit the program with its quit or exit command... (YES/NO button)" BUT the script then executes.

It's also interesting to note, that once completely booted, the login script can be run cleanly by executing the script from the netlogon share. Hmmm.

Get the latest version of Kix and install as per the documentation!

Make sure that the Kx32 and 16 dlls are copied to windows\system folder but do not copy the 95.dll - this I think was the real cause of the problem! Also rename Kix32 to lmscript.exe.

I then installed the latest version of the intranetware client (which has support for W98) and hey presto...it runs fine on W98 and W98 clients.
