However, I am intersted in -
(1) Why this is happening?
(2) What is the resolution?

From what little I can put together on this it could be one or all of the following:

  • Installing ADSNT4.EXE on the NT 4 Citrix boxes.
  • Installing WMINT4.EXE on the NT 4 Citrix boxes.
  • Updating to version 4.12 Beta of KiXtart.
