Hmm, I did check the manual!!!, KixTart95 v 3.61 (came with the 3.62 zip file). Page 73 shows errors (-3, -2, -1, 0, >0).But, if error 5 is ACCESS DENIED? and the rights are EVERYONE - FULL on the NT server for that file....
Is there a "Shared Write" option? Can multiple folks have the file open for writing?
