I'm not sure what this actually does but eventlog says that the driver was installed/updated.
I deleted all my network connected printers from:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers

then went to see the printers properties and it showed the driver. went to see from eventlog and got that update warning there...
