In a network client/server environment with an unique username/password for each
person it shouldn't be possible, that users see others settings.
Above story looks like that different persons are using same username/password
combination.

To prevent tracing back we are running always our cleanup.kix, which is removing
all kind of recent file lists. Mostly stored in registry or local confi-
guration files. Also "Documents" in "Start Menu" is a place people are liking.

The biggest problem with MS-Word is, that it is storing those MRU info in a binary
file. The other MS-Office programs are using the registry for that kind of informa-
tion, but the way of storing isn't always the same.

Our suggestion for MS-Word is: use policies to set "recent list" value to ZERO in
MS-Word.
