Hi to all again .

I have a problem in luncing Microsoft Outlook with kix . The command I use is :
SHELL ('%comspec% /c start /w C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE')but nothing happened . I see a message that says " Windows cannot find C:\Program . "

What is wrong with the above command?

Thank you in advance .

Try enclosing .... C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE .... in double quotes as it has spaces in it. As you have already used single quotes you must use double quotes inside them.

I use the following script to launch Outlook 2002 with one of two profiles, depending on the IP range. If it starts with 172.anything, it launches the corporate profile; otherwise I'm at home/elsewhere and load a diferent profile, which does not have an exchange account configured...

HTH,
  Madruga

code:
$address = @IPADDRESS0
$firstpart = SubStr( $address, 1, 3 )
if $firstpart = "172" ; Empresa
run '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /PROFILE ASCL'
else
run '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /PROFILE CASA'
endif
