Windows NT/2000/XP anre very similar when it comes to KiXtart login scripts. However, security is a little bit tighter under Windows 2000/XP. Thus, most actions require some kind of administrative privilege.
Look up SU.EXE, Task Scheduler, and ScheduleTask() for ways to run scripts under administrative privileges.
