ladybird ladybird Fresh Scripter Registered: 2002-08-11 Posts: 19	I believe someone has created this script this before. I am looking a script which is helping me on daily administration: 1. Create user account which is the information from *.csv files 2. Create a home folder 3. Create the exchange account As well: 4. Disable account if the user is resigned 5. Hide the exchange account. Can someone help me to point this out? Thanks in advance Thanks in advance

Lonkero Lonkero KiX Master Guru Registered: 2001-06-05 Posts: 22346 Loc: OK	I just need to ask are you doing this remotely. also, does the computer you are running on have exchange admin. basically the job is just: 1. Create user account which is the information from *.csv files you will need to: open() -open the file readline() -read the file split() -divide the info shell -call net user add 2. Create a home folder shell -call for rmtshare. if it's the server you are currently on, net share is enough writeline() -write the users and related info to a cvs-file for exchange admin. while loop -you will propably want to do this for more than one user at a time 3. Create the exchange account you see the correct syntax of the cvs-file you will do on the user creation by outputting some mailbox info from the admin to cvs. as you then have constructed the file, now you just have to call the admin.exe with the file as parameter. simple... there might be a need for additional /import or something. isn't it simple? _________________________ ! download KiXnet

Easy to use, can set up to work in multiple domains, and can use multiple defined templates for users to join all appropriate domain groups. Can also be utilized for managing account deactivation.
