The InCntrl app is very good I use it all the time but for general comparisions of registry differences RegDump from http://www.pyzzo.com and Regsnap which you can get from http://www.nagbusters.com are very good. I personally prefer RegDump because it produces directly usable "reg" files. All 3 apps are freeware.
