I have isolated this error in my environment to KXRPC running on the master account domain and local scripts that use INGROUP("ResouceDomain\GroupName"). The KXRPC service can not find the resource domain because there is only a one way trust from the resource to the master. The KXRPC service seems to enumerate trusted domains in order to process the INGROUP request for the resource domain. Since the trust does not go in that direction, the domain can not be found. Hence the error.
Does this come anywhere close to your configuration with the EMC? What is "nokiaukrd"?
