so, why don't you use just your windows directory for the script and kix-executable...

how you call your script in the usermanager?
something like:
kix32.exe script.kix
?
or:
\\wksta\c$\netlogon\kix32.exe script.kix

or
\\wksta\c$\netlogon\kix32.exe \\wksta\c$\netlogon\script.kix
