I'm thinking that that number 1 failure in any piece of script is the code itself.... the UDF works and has been tested. (and since code doesn't write itself... [Big Grin] )

then check the user privledges on the desktop

the next thing to verify, is the permissions on the printer share

then there is the availability drivers on the server
