Some conclusions:
  • the original documentation and online help are very useful. Hardly
    everybody is using them. The Starters Guide from Bryce supplies a
    need.
  • the FAQ and UDFs forum are visiting very regular.
  • security of your scripts doesn't seems to be a high issue. the
    capabilities of SU are in some situations very necessary.
  • the possibilities of translating keywords by kixref and
    checking, debugging and reformatting of kixstrip are the
    used once for both tools.
  • for the installation of kixtart files the most of you are
    using their own method.
  • the GUIs becomes popular. some of them are using the old ones.
  • most of them are using the latest kixtart releases. only a very
    few of them are using kixtart 3.6x.
Of course 28 voters isn't a high number, but it returns an idea.
