Just FYI - running the login script via GPO is a bit slower than running directly via the user profile.
At a project 2 years ago, a client with almost 25,000 users used GPO-based mapping - took almost 40 seconds to map 11 drives; they switched to a GPO-deployed script and the time dropped to about 18 seconds, and we deployed our login script via user profile and it completed in under 5 seconds.
Another thing - you're specifying /f, which flushes the user-group cache every time Kix runs, effectively eliminating the benefits of the cache. Unless you're making daily changes to groups used for mapping, this is hurting your performance.
Try running from a user profile, and specify only "Kix32.exe bis.kix".
