Not sure how login script (certainly text unless using an encrypted script) and PsExec are related here for you. Using remote (which is what I think you mean) is already not in clear text. It is using your token to see if you have rights or not, it's not using your password. If you want a local user to have or use admin rights based on another account whether or not you used PsExec would still be in text (again, unless in an encrypted or tokenized script).
