A) You need the KiXtart RPC Service for full Windows 9x support.
B) Don't use @HOMESHR as Windows 9x will not deep map. Use hidden shares instead.
C) Please read the KiXtart Manual and the FAQ Forum as you will find the answers to all your questions in there!
D) Please don't dredge up old posts, see ABC's of KiXtart board etiquette and message to new forum users
E) Windows 9x has length restrictions on computernames, shares, WINS names,... This has already been discussed numerous times and the actual restrictions are well documented on the Microsoft website in multiple knowledgebase articles.
F) Windows 95 is EOL and no longer supported!
