Is this happening to all Win9x users? If so the following may help.
A note: By default NT domains create user shares that are "deep" or "map root" shares. Neither NT or Win9x can directly map these deep shares but NT workstation has a trick builtin that maps deep user shares during logon. I don't believe that this trick has a parallel in Win9x.
For Win9x users you should not use the default "pseudo" shares created by the account creation function in NT. Instead create an actual share for each user. I belive this is discussed in the kixtart manual under the "map root" discussion.
