Wasn't sure really where to put this, but it seems the @CSD macro is no longer working in my environment.

Running Windows 7 Enterprise (64bit), with SP1. Most systems are also using bitlocker.

I've tried all version of 4.6x, with no luck.

The @CSD will just respond with a blank result.

Any ideas?

I get valid responses on the systems I've checked - Server 2003 r2 (x86), Server 2008 r2 (x64), Windows 7 pro (x86), and Windows 7 Ultimate (x86). All of our x64 workstations were updated to Windows 8, so I can't validate the W7 64-bit platform. No SP on Win-8, so those systems return a blank value.

I am not sure of the underlying function of the @CSD macro, is it something I can check either via a registry entry or command? I'd say that there is something special on my systems that is causing the issue.

I think you can check the CSDVersion value here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

There's an OSInfo() UDF on my web site that will gather data from local/remote systems via (mostly) reg reads. For my apps, it's been replaced with WMISysInfo(), which pulls hardware info as well. The OSInfo might be helpful as it has no WMI dependency. Both work with local and remote systems.
