Hi Guys, I Been Scratching my head on this one.
We have a Linux server (Ubuntu) and Windows clients Xp & 7 all 32 bit
we are trying to get the User & group sid at logon.
I searched through the bulitin boards bu could not find anything.

We had other problems with the Startup tasks were not running but thats now fixed.

I got some scripts(Vb) from the internet which work when run directly but will not work at restart or Logon even we set them from the Task Scheduler.

I would prefer to use Kix as we have many kix scripts doing other tasks (work good )

our ultimate aim is to pass the string to another script so that we open kix data for the group the logon user belongs to.
