After the weekend the change to daylight saving time, I noticed that GetFileTime($file,0) returns a time stamp shifted by one hour.

Instead of 2013/01/15 16:14:55 now comes 2013/01/15 17:14:55 as a return value, triggering an action because the file was changed allegedly.

Is this a bug or a feature in Kixtart 4.62?

you saying that when you go look at the file time in windows, it did not change?

if kixtart and windows report different times, yes, it is a bug.
otherwise, no, the time is what the filesystem presents.

i misunderstand the Syntax at the documentation
GETFILETIME ("file name", Mode)

the "Time" Parameter is missing in the syntax description
GETFILETIME ("file name", Time, Mode)
