Office 10? Office 10 is Office XP/2002. I guess you mean office 2010? Also please state the issue you are experiencing. I guess the copy process is not working?

I'm not sure about permissions but if the user running the script has the correct permissions it should be possible.
To copy the files to that folder you need to add a \ to the end of the path and I would specify what files to copy from the source folder.
