The standard windows Acceptable Use simply shows "OK" - once you click OK, you're in. You have no opportunity to disagree, other than walking away. A home-grown approach can provide an "Agree/Disagree" option. Agree and you're in, disagree and you're outta here! (plus logging options, etc).

Not that there's anything to prevent a user from clicking "Agree" and ignoring the policy...
