Hmmm. The $SWArray variable, as scripted, should return 200 results from the "Uninstall" section of your registry. You could up the $SWArray and see how that runs. There is probably a way to enum the "Uninstall" section of the registry so you get the entire results, but I haven't played around with the code yet.
