I'm noticing that on a fresh build (that the script will finally run on once I have rebuilt all PCs) the command works as the normal user. Maybe it is some group policy or something that has disallowed this command from running.

I guess that I will discover what it is as I continue the rebuild process, but it would be nice to know sooner as I want to be able to run this logon script for all users regardless of whether they login to a machine that I have already rebuilt (if I ever complete this automated rebuild/install process) or a machine I am yet to rebuild.
