I have had good luck with AppRemover..

What we need to is to come up with an uninstall site like: http://ninite.com that you can download an exe that installs applications silently..

None that I'm aware of but I've not really researched it, just came across them and used them manually on a couple of systems.

What about running nonav2.49.exe /? from a command line? Doesn’t this give you a list of possible command line parameters?

i got it...
but you must unpack them first...
for nonav you must running silentnonav.bat
you must create config.cfg for configuration...

i try this trick to..
but is useless..
i unpack this nonav... and running silentnonav.bat
nonav running silent \:D
