Get the Unicode UDF from the resources page from my site. Not sure if it's the best name, but it will take the "hex" data in those keys and convert it to readable text. It can take your text and convert back to double-byte format.
Just posted some Outlook stuff in Basic forum that uses this to ID the UNC path of the PST files.
