if so, it has nothing to do with addprinterconnection.

or do you mean, your normal users get access denied errors, when script runs?
if so, see what's set in your group policies for:
Computer configuration\Windows settings\Security settings\Local
Policies\Security options
"Devices: Prevent users from installing printer drivers"
