Code: $Perms = 'userid:C' $Cmd = 'XCACLS.EXE ' + $File + ' /G Administrators:F SYSTEM:F ' + $Perms Remember, best practice is to always grant admins & system full control. NTDOC NTDOC Administrator Registered: 2000-07-28 Posts: 11628 Loc: CA	I don't give a user FULL on anything even home folders. MODIFY is the highest they get.
