Yeah I've been using VMware for a while now and really like it.
The nice part now is the little WD hard drive. It has no power AC cable, it all runs from just the USB cable and if my hand was a little bigger you could hide it in your hand.
I transport the drive between work and home and I have VMware on both computers. Home is an AMD work is an Intel and both run all the hosts virtual machines from the WD hard drive. Sweet as heck.

Well, VMWare has added a bunch of sweet features since the 5.x release. It keeps getting better and better, only irritation right now is that a new release always requires an uninstallation and then installation.. Doc, you running ACE with the disk, or?

But apronk, how can you tell if it can break the AD - if you don't recive 500+ phonecalls? :D. Done with wise - but testing stuff with my vm-machines as well.

Well once, about a decade ago I did break the AD with some script I didn't even really knew what I was doing with security descriptors back then so no one could enter the root domain anymore.... deleted all the aces Ever since I did everything on my own server (separate setup) first and lateron in vmware when that came into the picture
No more LAN Poker!
