I'll run it through the paces on 32Bit but we chose not to go 64Bit because some of the tools / applications we use on SQL don't currently have a 64Bit version. Too bad, 64 on Windows has been out since 2003 and it is still lagging software, driver, application support from most vendors including Microsoft.
