I updated my Memory() UDF to function in a 64B environment. Would you mind running your comparison tests again to validate it? It's a complete rewrite using the same basic logic, however, it now accurately enumerates both 32b and 64b memory maps. I also documented the mapping process a bit.
I've tested it myself on Vista 32 & 64b, XP 32b, Win2K, Win2k3 32b and Win2k3 64b and seem to get accurate results - would like independent confirmation.
Of course, if anyone else would give it a spin and report back, it would be appreciated!

PS - the memory value returned is that which is visible to Windows, which may be less than is actually installed. Some systems allocate system RAM to the Video adapter, and this is not accounted for.
