I want to add a domain user group to the local administrator's group on all workstations. Also, our users are restricted users. Here is the vbs script:

On Error Resume Next
strComputer = "."
Set objGroup = GetObject("WinNT://" & strComputer & "/Administrators")
Set objGroup2 = GetObject("WinNT://mydomain/helpdeskgrp")
objGroup.Add(objGroup2.ADsPath)

Thanks

Are you trying to run it in a logon script? How is that working for you? Don't you need admin rights to give admin rights?

Why not run it as a startup script?

Loc: OK
and the kix-code would be:
 Code:
GetObject("WinNT://./Administrators").Add(GetObject("WinNT://mydomain/helpdeskgrp").ADsPath)
