Hmmmm....
Did some tests with WinXP and Office 2K.
Running newprof like below works when running it after logon. During logon it does nothing. I'm not sure why this does not work during logon and does work after logon. My guess is that it is something XP related. I'll try to find some time to setup a workstation with Win2K and Office 2K and do some test on that.
