I want to control users wallpaper's.
I have mixed W9x to W2K wokstations.
I want a unified wallpaper regardless windows version an if active desktop is active or not.

My problem is that all I have tryed seems to happen before the userprofile is loaded.

So my changes does not work.

This I have tryed:
